Payments and confirmations policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

The purpose of this policy is to set out the conditions regarding payments, confirmations, bookings, rates, installments and financial validations that apply to the tourism services sold by LUNAJE LUXE TRAVEL S.A.S.

It applies to:

• Domestic tour packages.
• International packages.
• Airline tickets.
• Hotels.
• Transfers.
• Tours and inbound services.
• Medical assistance plans.
• Individual and group bookings.
• Outbound and inbound services.

General booking conditions

Every quote or booking made with LUNAJE is subject to availability, may require an advance deposit, does not guarantee the rate until payment is validated, and may be subject to rate changes depending on the provider.

A booking will only be considered confirmed when:

• Availability exists.
• Payment has been validated.
• The provider confirms the service.
• The official confirmation or corresponding voucher is issued.

Rates and changes

Tourism rates may vary due to flight availability, hotel occupancy, exchange rate fluctuations, high seasons and operational adjustments by the provider.

Payments

Payments must be made only to the official accounts authorized by LUNAJE and through the payment methods provided:

Payments made to unauthorized personal accounts or to third parties unrelated to the operation will not be accepted.

Payment validation

Every payment must be sent with bank proof, be fully identified and be validated by the administrative department.

LUNAJE may withhold the issuance of services until availability and financial validation are confirmed.

Deposits and partial payments

Deposits or partial payments may temporarily secure spots, are subject to payment deadlines and may be forfeited in case of non-compliance.

Failure to pay within the established deadlines may result in:

• Automatic cancellation.
• Provider penalties.
• Loss of promotional rates.
• Release of reserved spots.

Issuance and final confirmation

Tickets, hotels, tourism services and vouchers will be issued only once:

• Payment has been validated.
• Services have been confirmed.
• Operational conditions have been approved.

International payments and exchange rates

For international services:

• Exchange rate variations may apply.
• Final amounts depend on the date of issuance and payment.
• International providers may have their own billing and currency conversion policies.

Fraud and financial security

To protect both the client and the agency, any transaction may be validated, additional proof may be requested, and the agency may reject suspicious or inconsistent payments.

LUNAJE is not responsible for deposits made to unauthorized accounts.

Invoicing

Invoicing will be carried out in accordance with Colombian tax regulations, the information provided by the client and the validation of the payments made.

The client must verify their details before the invoice is issued.

Group bookings

Group bookings may require initial deposits, payment schedules, advance guarantees and special issuance conditions. Specific policies will be communicated for each operation.

Acceptance

Making payments, accepting quotes or confirming bookings implies full acceptance of this policy.
